Doctrinal Statement

We are evangelical believers who confess the Holy Trinity – God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. We take a strong stand on the Deity, eternal self-existence and virgin birth of the Lord Jesus (see The Deity of the Lord Jesus and Who is Jesus? ) We believe in the divine inspiration and inerrancy of the Bible in the original languages, the need for all people to be born again spiritually to enter the kingdom of God (justification by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ) and also the doctrine of sanctification by being filled with the Holy Spirit to become bold witnesses and disciples of the Lord Jesus. We firmly believe that the whole counsel of God has been revealed to us in His Word and consequently refrain from extra-biblical revelations through dreams, visions, strange voices speaking to people, etc. We also refrain from using mathematical codes to identify and decipher so-called “hidden messages” in the Bible.

We believe in the Second Coming of Jesus Christ and understand eschatological promises within a premillennial framework based upon the teachings of the physical restoration of Israel to their land, a pre-tribulation rapture, a seven year tribulation period during which the world will be ruled by the Antichrist and the false prophet, followed by the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus to judge His enemies, save, establish and exalt the remnant of Israel in their land, found His millennial kingdom and rule with His glorified saints on earth, at the end of which the final judgement and the creation of a new heaven and a new earth will occur.
